HEAD of FAM Competitions department Haji Ahmad Fuad Daud, and Head of International Affairs Kelly Sathiaraj (pic) has been apppointed as FAM deputy general secretary. Bot the appointments will take effect in January 2010. It is learnt that FAM President Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah wanted a candidate who has international exposure and Kelly fitted well into the plan. Kelly was a part of AFC competitions department spent close to 8 years in AFC before joining FAM in 2006. Meanwhile Fuad was Pahang FA secretary before joining FAM in 2004.
