Sports development in tertiary institutions will be more dynamic with the approval of the Sports Development Policy for Tertiary Institutions by the Cabinet recently, said Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin. FORMER Malaysia Cup star Dollah Kassim is still in critical condition after suffering a heart attack at Sunday's Sultan of Selangor Cup veterans game. A spokesperson for Tan Tock Seng Hospital said the 60-year-old remains unconscious, but his condition 'has not deteriorated yet'. Kelantan are the first team to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Malaysia Cup competition. The Red Warriors defeated Penang 2-1 at the Sultan Mohd IV Stadium in Kota Baru last night to take an unassailable lead in Group E with maximum points from four matches. Former national player Khalid Jamlus scored the first goal for Kelantan in the 43rd minute and current international Indra Putra Mahayuddin netted the winner in the 80th minute.
