With the win Tuesday, coupled with closest rival Perlis’ 1-2 lost to KL Plus, Selangor, under coach K. Devan, regarded as the ‘Man with the Midas Touch’ collected 60 points while Perlis who are in second place with 53 cannot mount a challenge for the title even if Selangor were to lose both their remaining matches.

In Kota Baharu, Kelantan failed to take advantage of playing at their own backyard and lost 0-1 to Kedah at the Sultan Mohd IV Stadium.In Kuantan, Pahang beat Perak 2-1 while KM Naza upset Negeri Sembilan 1-0 and Johor FC added on the UPB-MyTeam’s woes with a 5-0 win.

In the league table, Kedah with 48 points remained in third spot while Johor FC with 45 points moved up to fourth place ahead of Kelantan who were relegated to fifth spot. Terengganu who have played a match less, are in sixth spot with 43 points while Negeri Sembilan and KM Naza with 37 points are in seven and eighth places respectively.
