Malaysia berjaya mendominasi perlumbaan simulator yang diadakan buat julung kalinya pada Kejuaraan eSports Asia Tenggara (SEAEC) yang berlangsung semalam apabila wakil negara mengungguli saingan individu dan juga berpasukan. Dalam saingan individu, wakil negara Naquib Azlan mendahului seawal perlumbaan pertama. A team from Southeast Asia showed the global motorsport community that racers from the region are forced to be reckoned with when they finished fourth at the biggest sim racing competition in the world, the 24 Hours Le Mans Virtual. The Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF) has selected two drivers, Naquib Azlan and Nabil Azlan, to compete in IUEM eRacing GP by RaceRoom, a competition title at the South East Asia eSports Championships (SEA EC). It’s the first time there will be a sim racing component at the SEA EC.
