This morning I called a couple of people and I was told that the financial arrangements for Harimau Muda to be in Slovakia was personally done by HRH Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah. I was also told that the finance committee approved the budget that was tabled by the secretariat. I have been in contact with a few high ranking officials of FAM who spoke the same language.
